ANIL KUMBLE the new Indian coach has been impressive from the first day.He conducted a unique "ONE HOUR CHALLENGE"for every cricketer and only one player survived it.
Kumble took indian team to ALUR which is 40 km from Banglore for the test. The batsman had to bat for full one hour without getting out and bowlers have to take wickets as many as they could.
This may not seem the toughest challenge for the highly experienced batting side but the results were not that great for the men with the bat,as it was expected.test team captain Virat Kohli got out 2 times in one hour duration to ravindra jadeja.
Only batsman who was able to survive this challenge was Ajinkya Rahane "THE NEW WALL " of India. He was the only batsman who battet for one hour without getting out even for once.
Openers Shikhar and Vijay also got out twice in one hour duration .
It is really a worry that the Indian batsman failed to bat against the Indian bowlers in home conditions. However it is practice match after all and the batsman were trying to experiment some new shots.
